Well, I'm Phyzika. I should start by saying that I love every aspect of music and music creation, but I tend to focus mainly on making electronic type music, usually around the 128 BPM mark. When I pull up FL or Ableton and dive into Reaktor I get such a rush when I first pluck that synth. There isn't anything like the deep kick of a sturdy 4-4 and the layered side-chain compression of a Razor synth. If you spend the time on the synth creation process, it can become so harmonic and melodic that it nearly pulls you into the tune! Outside of this 'music-world', I study physics and I love how much it has to do with the music creation process. At natures deepest level, smaller than proton and neutrons, it is quite possible that matter and energy are made up of tiny vibrating strings. This theory (M-Theory or String Theory) is one of a few main contenders that help to explain the universe in all it's grandeur. These tiny strings vibrate in various ways to produce the particles we see. Music is at the core of the cosmos itself! I think that making music should be expressive and fun and if those two things don't hold true then the sounds tend to become boring, dry, and repetitive. Just make sure to enjoy the whole creation process and I promise you will produce some quality tunes that people will appreciate! All in all, I live for this stuff! =D
